Divava Pre-Primary School (kindergarten) for local children
About the school
The Divava pre-primary school has been set up by Divava Okavango Resort & Spa with contribution of fundraisers.
On average 62 kids participate under the guidance of 1 or 2 teachers. The kids also receive a good meal each day, provided and prepared by Divava.
About Divava Resort & Spa
Divava Okavango Resort & Spa is located on the banks of the Okavango River. A lot of the Divava staff comes from the Divava village or other nearby villages.
Divava Okavango Resort & Spa finds it important to support the local community. Hence they’ve build and keep managing the pre-primary school.
